what a bad start to the first day of my one week term break..
guess i had food poisoning yesterday..
total vomit 8 times and diarrhoea twice...
seen the doc but useless..
his medicine suppose to stop mi from vomiting but in e end i vomit out more easily..
vomit out the moment i swallow the pills.. so i took the pills once again and i vomit out again!
feel so sick for the whole day..
feel terrible wen i wan to vomit but cant..
tried to ate some porridge but in e end vomit all out too..
i had negative intake of food and water for e whole day.. but dont feel hungry at all.. wat a gd way to go on diet..
and the most sian part is i had to miss the potluck picnic at pasir ris today with tomo..hai.. guess i can onli look at the photos they took le..
